Product Overview

The YX3 series is our next-generation high-voltage asynchronous motor designed for medium- and high-voltage industrial drive applications. It has been specially optimized for operating conditions commonly found in metallurgy, power generation, chemical processing, water conservancy and municipal projects, addressing loads such as fans, pumps, compressors and belt conveyors.

Combining mature design practices with modern simulation techniques in electromagnetic design, thermal management and mechanical strength, the YX3 delivers a highly efficient, reliable and easy-to-maintain power solution.

Key Technical Features

High-Efficiency Electromagnetic Design
Uses low-loss silicon steel and optimized slot and winding configurations to reduce iron and copper losses, improving operational efficiency and lowering system energy consumption.

Thermal & Cooling Optimization
Offers IC411 (standard) and IC416 (optional forced ventilation) cooling options. CFD thermal simulation and targeted local cooling designs ensure controlled temperature rise and long service life under continuous full-load operation.

Suitable for VSD and Direct Starting
Supports both VSD (variable speed drive) and DOL operation. Under VSD operation it provides excellent torque control and grid compatibility, enabling energy savings and operational optimization.

Robust Mechanical Structure
Shaft assemblies, end shields and bearing housings are validated by finite element strength and vibration analysis. High precision dynamic balancing ensures stable behavior under start-up shocks and sudden load changes.

Reliable Insulation System
Employs Class F insulation materials with temperature rise evaluated per Class B criteria to balance long-term insulation reliability and maintenance intervals.

Modular Design & Maintainability
